Onetomany Hibernate Spring Boot

Today we’ve built a jpa one to many unidirectional mapping in a spring boot example using spring data jpa, hibernate with mysql/postgresql/embedded database (h2). Each property can have 0.1 tenant, each tenant can have 1.n properties.
